Reality (VR) in Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs).
2. Apply hands-on VR simulation tools to practice clinical reasoning
and assessment in a safe, standardized environment.
3. Apply reflective debriefing to analyze VR and OSCE performance.

Workshop 3:
AI for program directors
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify key administrative and educational challenges in program direction where AI can offer practical solutions (e.g., scheduling, assessments, communication, data tracking).
- Explore AI-powered tools that can assist in:
- Rotations and on-call schedule generation.
- Monitoring residents' progression and milestone tracking.
- Automatic feedback synthesis from evaluations.
- Curriculum mapping and gap analysis.
- Personalized learning path suggestions.
- Generating reminders, announcements, or summary reports.
- Practice real-time use of AI tools through hands-on case-based examples related to:
- Creating a call schedule with constraints.
- Drafting structured emails or feedback.
- Designing individualized academic plans for underperforming residents.
- Critically evaluate the limitations and ethical considerations of integrating AI into program leadership, including privacy, bias, and over-reliance.
- Engage in collaborative discussion on future needs and co-create a vision for AI integration in program management workflows.
